"I found 3 spiders in the room on three separate occassions. So i did not feel safe letting my baby sleep in the play yard as it was too close to the ground. The comforter had blood stain. The trolley service they said every 10-15 mins i waited 30 mins and i went back to the room to call front desk ..."
