"Great stay"

"East to walk to restaurants and nightlife. Perfect for baseball game and walk to the bay. I had premium king room with bay view. It was excellent until the disgusting dirty sliding doors to look out the balcony. Looked like they have never been cleaned. Finger prints and smudges everywhere. Gross!"

"Check in was terrible, hotel held our luggage after arriving by cruise ship in the morning until check in at 4pm. We arrived back at hotel around 2:45pm and I stood in line at front desk for 1/2 hour clerk stated at 3:15 check in not till 4pm room not released yet. Sat down for a bit now line is getting longer at front desk this was at 3:45 was in line again. Stood in line for a little over an hour before seeing front desk clerk & even then took 10 minutes before gettin the room. The line behind me was now was going to the front door. Originally there was 2 people there & one left, why hotel was not prepared for this when a cruise ship comes in is beyond me."
