"This was a clean, comfortable stay and I would be willing to stay here again, but there are a few things that I wish I had known ahead of time that may have affected my decision to book. My room was marketed as a suite with a kitchenette. However, there was no cooking equipment or kitchen equipment at all. There wasn’t even dish soap or a sponge. I had never been to a place that said you had a kitchenette in your room but then provided no supplies. I had brought my own pan, spatula, and paper goods because I didn’t know what to expect ahead of time, but it was a bummer that nothing was provided. I had to grab some dish soap and a sponge at Walmart. Also, the cooktop- the main reason I booked this room, barely worked at all. It took almost 10 minutes to fry an egg in the pan because it just wouldn’t heat up. You can hear everything going on in the room above you and beside you. I could hear every single word of conversations happening next door and the people did not seem to be raising their voices. It was a bit frustrating late at night. The people were just talking and not doing anything to cause a disturbance, the walls were just too thin. Lastly, the tv never did work. The maintenance man came in and changed the batteries in the remote and it changed channels about two clicks up and then stopped working again so relaxing and watching some tv wasn’t really an option either. So, a comfy, pretty clean place with polite staff, but may not be for everyone. "
"We arrived early to see if we could get an early check in, ut we couldn't, no biggie. Then we received a text about 4:18, I believe, saying our room was ready, which was fine because we were already out at the pool. The pool was beyond crowded, not the best kept, the main pool was super cloudy, there was hair in several places where you walk, i know its inevitable, and some trash under lounge chairs. I only saw two employees working. It was definitely under-staffed for every seat being used. Three water slides was the coolest! At least my kids thought so, lol! No one came and asked if we needed anything. We ordered at the bar and they were helpful. I'm not complaining one bit, but the whole one night we were there, I know, super short, the best thing was Phillip! He was the concierge staff. He was rad! Sweet and funny and beyond helpful! We joked around with each other, he asked everyone in line where they were from, he laughed with people, he offered water to everyone. He may be "just" a concierge employee, but he seemed to enjoy his job and enjoy the people coming in and out. He was awesome. Thank you, Phillip!! He is one of the reason we would return! The other reason is our room was one of the cleanest rooms we have had. So thank you to the cleaning staff as well. Not one thing out of place, not one hair left by someone, beds were perfectly made, great view of the pool, looked clean and smelt clean and even my husband was impressed.
Thank you, Hyatt!
