The staff was very polite and helpful the second we arrived. Room was clean, shower was great. It worked out great that they have a shuttle bus that takes you to and from the Casino as well. We ate breakfast at the Bistro,food and service was great as well. We'll definitely stay at this location in the future.

The room was clean but the chair in the room was the most uncomfortable chair I’ve ever sat in and the bed was so soft, you’d pull the back muscles if you’re not careful (I think a new mattress is in order). We only ate breakfast in the hotel and the food was delicious. The fitness center was small but the equipment was very functional. The hotel staff, front desk, housekeeping, even the security guard, was very friendly. With only 4 miles from the casino, I think this hotel is a good alternative to casino’s ridiculous room rate.

Room was nice, front desk ladies were very friendly and accommodating but I’ve never been to a hotel that didn’t have robes in them. I had to ask a few times to get a robe. One male associate told me they were only available to the highest paid suites even though we were in a “luxury king room” but ultimately they did supply robes for us. Food was delicious in restaurant and room service was lovely and quick. Check out was seamless.
