All good. Great fun events for children. Pool area is lively and supervised, but there’s also plenty of quiet areas for relaxing in the sun. Great range of choices for all meals in main restaurant; didn’t use the snack bar.

Although it is not in the center of Maspalomas, the city is easily reachable in a few minutes by car. In the evening it is pleasant to walk in this town that offers local markets and nightlife

El complejo es espectacular, con unas piscinas y unas zonas exteriores preciosas. Además, casi todo el personal con el que tratamos fue encantador. Quiero destacar especialmente a Ari, que fue maravilloso con nosotros. Estuvo pendiente varios días del problema que tuvimos con la televisión, vino varias veces a intentar solucionarlo y se preocupó de verdad porque estuviéramos a gusto. También el personal de limpieza fue estupendo. La parte negativa fue el apartamento. Aunque era amplio y tenía dos habitaciones, por dentro se veía muy antiguo y bastante descuidado: muebles y sofá viejos, paredes que necesitaban una renovación y una televisión que practicamente no funcionaba y apenas conseguimos ver algún canal en español. En la cocina: la sartén era demasiado perqueña para cocinar para 4 personas y la vitrocerámica no funcionaba bien y calentaba muy lento. El último día además tuvimos un problema con la electricidad y el aire acondicionado dejó de funcionar, hasta el punto de tener que cambiarnos de apartamento por la noche debido al calor. Cuando tuvimos el problema de la luz, tuvimos una atención bastante desagradeble por parte del chico de recepción, ya que antes de comprobar lo que ocurría simplemente dio por echo una y otra vez que no sabíamos utilizar el sistema de la tarjeta. Es una pena, porque el complejo y su personal merecen muchísimo la pena, pero los apartamentos necesitan una puesta al día para estar al nivel de unas instalaciones exteriores tan buenas.
