Comfortable Stay

Nice comfortable 5 nights stay. Lovely Staff, all very helpful & hard working, nothing is to much trouble for them. Great pool, excellent seaviews. Apartments dated, but still clean, comfortable & well maintained. Certainly consider returning.

Bastante decepción con este alojamiento para su tarifa.He estado en hostales de 2 estrellas más cuidados y con mejor atención. Nada más llegar nos dimos cuenta de que las sábanas estaban sucias y muy arrugadas, pedimos otras y eran de mala calidad, igual de arrugadas y alguna mancha Los apartamentos están bien ubicados y los de la 1ra planta tienen vistas al mar, el edifico es bonito. Aunque han hecho alguna reforma en los apartamentos es más bien un lavado de cara, y en general parece bastante descuidado. El baño es muy pequeño y se encharca con facilidad por la ducha. Los apliques del baño están viejos y descuidados, al igual que las puertas, las tumbonas de la piscina que estaba algo sucia. La atención al huésped también es muy mejorable, durante los días que estuvimos hubo varias quejas de otros huéspedes que se podrían haber resuelto con mayor profesionalidad. Por ejemplo, una familia de un apartamento invitó a gente de fuera y se juntaron en un apartamento para 2-3 personas, 5 niños y 4 adultos que estuvieron en el jardín y en la piscina siendo bastante ruidosos. Los 5 niños estuvieron casi todo el día en la piscina solos sin supervisión de los adultos que estaban en su terraza charlando y tomando algo. Como los niños estaban siendo muy ruidosos y molestaban a otros huéspedes, varias personas se quejaron y la responsable de recepción no hizo nada. En fin, si estás buscando cierta comodidad y calidad, limpieza y un servicio medianamente cuidado, busca otro alojamiento

Utrolig koselig sted, og hyggelig betjening

Koselig sted med veldig hyggelig skandinavisk betjening. Kort til strand og shoppingsenter/restaurantområde. Var bare innom på gjennomfart denne gang, men har vært her før. Vi kommer gjerne igjen.

Fresh rolls delivered in morning, wonderful. So close to supermarkets, restaurants and bars. Front line sea view. Secure. Only thing to improve would be a wee show now and again in the lounge or a quiz or bingo just to get guests together wif they want. No need to serve alcohol we could all take our own. Could sell

The staff created a friendly can do atmosphere around the place that immediately makes you feel at ease. The pool and mature garden help to create a feeling of privacy whilst relaxing the day away. Our room was a single double bedroom with open plan kitchen lounge and a upstairs balcony. There was a lovely unobstrucred view over the pool to the sea 50 meters away. The only down side was some noise from delivery vehicles in the morning to the shopping and restaurant area at the front of the apartment. This was only for a short period.

Nous venons de passer une semaine dans cet appartement-hôtel, climatisé, grand, calme, avec rangements. Piscine agréable, toujours des transats libres. Serviette de bain changées et lits faits quasi tous les jours (sauf jeudi et dimanche), draps changés sur demande également. A disposition peignoirs, chaussons, serviettes de plage. Morceau de pain chaque matin. Belle plage à proximité. Restaurants, supermarchés a proximité également. Parking juste en face 3€ la journée. Très agréable séjour à Sunsuites Carolina!

Todo muy bien.Ambuent familiar y tranquilo, a pesar de estar situado frente al centro comercial de Las Burras. La situación perfecta,sales y a estás en el paseo y en la playa. Si vas pronto también consigues parking muy cerca del complejo por 3€/día.El personal amable. Todos los días tienes pan fresco por cortesía del complejo. Desde a pueda vuelvo.

Relaxing break

Just come back after a very chilled week at Sunsuite, would highly recommend the hotel. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. One of the most thoughtful things done by the hotel was to leave fresh rolls every morning at your door and also some afternoons there was activates of waffle making or coffee and cake.
