As always had a wonderful stay. Love the hotel and the staff are amazingly friendly. The hotel to be fair is a little dated but will be being refurbished next year.

An excellent well located choice

Very well located minutes walk from the beach (there is a separate beach entrance/exit, which you may not immediately know - its through the restaurant where the toilets are, you will need your room key to get in and out) and also very close to Yumbo etc. Very friendly staff, excellent quality food and a nice pool area. Rooms are a good size and include a separate walk in wardrobe which helps keep the room clear. The hotel is spotless and the staff very friendly and helpful.

Very satisfied

We stayed at the hotel for a week and were very satisfied. The aspects we particularly appreciate are this hotel's location (distance to the beach, restaurants, and supermarkets), the pool area, the quality and variety of the breakfast, the cleanliness and pleasantness of the hotel room, as well as the friendly and helpful staff. Special praise goes to the breakfast, it was truly top-notch. Thank you for hosting us, we will likely return sometime in the future.

Little if anything to fault, other than that the hotel requires an uplift, decor, furnishings etc. The staff are competent, hardworking,and courteous. The concierge staff always pleased to assist - in particular Santiago, who in my view epitomises the true and effective hospitality professional. We enjoyed our stay and whilst we visited the entertainment, the class act was the ambidextrous lady who was thrown out of a suitcase!!! Hopefully we’d like to visit at approximately the Same time in 2026 J.P UK

London Couple in 40's

This hotel is a great option for a week for couples of the age of 35+. The hotel is very functional and doesn’t try to be anything different to what it is. It’s a great location to the beach, plus easily accessible to bars and restaurants. The hotel it-self is quite small, one pool bar and main bar, along with one dining area for breakfast, lunch and evening meal, which is why I would only stay for one week. A plus point for males - you can wear smart shorts to evening dinner, which is contrary to what you might read on trip adviser and travel booking sites. The sun loungers with mattress are most comfortable, however we did find the mattress in the room a bit shallow which resulted in feeling the hard bed. The food/drink are both great, and the staff are a fantastic asset to this hotel, always smiling and happy to help. You also have to pay €2 day to use the safe in the room, which we find a bit draconian. You want guests valuables to be safe, the hotel should just provide this free of charge. All in all we had a nice holiday staying at the Seaside Sandy Beach and would score the hotel a solid 4/5.

Great location, decent food and good quality drink

The hotel is fantastic. Great location, friendly staff, plenty of choice for food at the buffet style restaurant and good quality branded drinks. The AI is good value for money. Fish and calamari freshly grilled, steaks, roasts, pasta … Breakfast amazing!!! With custom made omelettes, good bacon free flowing cava, fresh juice, salmon, excellent cold meats. Having been here before my only criticism related to food is thst too much mayo and salads need less sausage and herbs on. That type of food is very German mayo on salads, mayo potatoes so we had to have chips and very nice canarian potatoes but salads we did not like. Also huge choice of cakes and freshly baked breads. Loved the Italian theme evening! What I missed and needs to be re introduced are the amouse bouche dishes for starters in the evening. We had superior upper floor rooms with stunning views of the ocean. The hotel is 5 min walk to the beach and 5 min walk to night life like Yumbo and not far from CITA. We had an enjoyable stay and one day at the jacuzzi that needs to be hired in advance. Thank you to Eva the manager and all the staff for a great stay

An excellent hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The all inclusive option is great value for money and meals and drinks are first class. Hotel is a short walk from the beach and there's a good supermarket within 50 metres of the hotel.

Just back after a week in the Sandy beach hotel. Everything was terrific. Staff are lovely and the food is superb. Im already planning my bext stay in my favourite hotel in Gran Canaria.

I really like this hotel and enjoyed the stay. Excellent food, but could vary more ( I was there for 2 weeks and got very tired of it). Rooms start to need a renovation and modernize to 21st century (USBs, comfy chairs in rooms, more modern bathrooms and overall decor). Annoying noise from construction in building next door every day from around 9am.

When we arrived at the hotel we were allowed to check in earlier than usually allowed. Also we were offered a glass of champagne and the friendly staff couldn't do enough for us. We'd only booked for one night but wouldn't hesitate to visit again and would recommend others too.
