Served us well. Preferred to eat out so cannot comment on food other than breakfast which had a good selection to chose from. For the evenings chose to go elsewhere as it was a bit too quiet even for us.

Absolutely lovely

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely clean and friendly hotel. The staff were so nice and the location was virtually on the beach. We had our room cleaned every day to a high standard and the breakfast was so nice as we had a fresh omelette brought up to us every morning. Thank you to the hotel staff for making us feel so welcome.

An amazing hotel in front of the ocean, old-style but very comfortable. At the reception, Danny was very nice upon our arrival. The room is quite big and has everything you need. The two pools are very nice, and there is also a 5-seat small hydro massage. With the half board, we had an amazing continental breakfast every morning with everything you could desire. The big plus is the dinner, where you are in the hands of one of the best chefs that I have ever met (and I travel a lot for my job). Aridane Socorro and his kitchen staff made our dinners magical, with a gourmet menu every day that was refined and delicious. The service with Elio, Marco, Angela, Dory, and all the rest of the staff was friendly and professional. I would like to thank all the people who have worked hard to make you feel at home in this hotel. We have spent 15 days in the structure, and we will come back for sure. A place that makes you feel relaxed and happy.

The hotel itself is quite unique in style, we had a standard room and it was very spacious and included a comfortable seating area where you could watch TV which had quite a few English channels. Unfortunately the standard rooms are at the back right above the delivery/loading bay area and you are awoken by the deliveries every day any time between 4.30 and 6am. Staff were apologetic but nothing they can do about it and as hotel was full, we couldn't be moved. Plenty of sunbeds - hotel was full and there was never a problem getting one. Area around is generally good but the sides of the pool could use a good clean. Breakfast was the usual buffet fare plus a few other things you could order like crepes, waffles, pancakes. However, the food in the hot section was consistently barely lukewarm, a shrug of the shoulders was the response we got when this was mentioned. There didn't seem to be enough staff on - they were always busy but sometimes our order (even for tea) got forgotten and we had to remind them several times. One staff member manning the pool bar isn't enough - as hard as they work they can't keep up with everything. Location is great, right on the beach and close to all amenities. Very easy to get to and from airport using the local bus. Overall, we enjoyed our week, but if you're a light sleeper don't book a standard room. Personally, I wouldn't return to this hotel.

nice room with sea view and view of pool area with balcony. no suitable electrical sockets in room for charging devices. only socket was in bathroom. hotel was a little dated and there were some small insects crawling around the floors and some surfaces. excellent choice of buffet and cooked breakfast.

Hotellet ligger «på privat strand» men man betaler for parasoller og solseng på stranden rett utenfor hotellet. Greit å opplyse om sånt. Har opplevd dette før med andre hoteller også. Vann(flaske) og kaffekapsler får du kun på ankomstdagen men man kan kjøpe både vann og kaffekapsler til maskinen, på resepsjonen slik jeg forstod. God frokostbuffet samt man kunne bestille utenom frokost også. Kun 1 stikkontakt til lading på rommet (utenom tv?) Gammeldagse rom. Noen hår her og der på ankomstdagen som forsvant etter dag 3 circa.

Værelset var stort og sengen god. Personalet var fantastisk søde. Poolen var stor og lækker og solsengene omkring var utrolig behagelige at ligge på og der var altid ledige. Aftensmaden var på ingen måde fantastisk men morgenmaden var god. Vi kan varmt anbefale et ophold her.

Lagom stort hotell med ett tillhörande lugn och utan höga ljudvolymer. Frukosten mycket bra och en personal som ger allt för sina gäster. Inget "röjställe" utan lugnt och skönt. Lunch middag skulle kunna ha en högre kvalité, det skiftar lite dag för dag.

Äldre hotell, ganska slitet men hyfsat välhållet. Vänlig personal. Fint poolområde direkt vid stranden. Sköna solsängar, handdukar finns. Trevlig liten poolbar med drycker och enklare maträtter. Rummen ganska tråkiga, om man inte giller gammeldags, spansk stil. Vi bytte till ett rum på tredje våningen, undvik dem på bottenplanet - väldigt mörka. Välj rum med havsutsikt. Tunna slitna handdukar men morgonrockar - det var ett oväntat plus.

Ja, rent rum. En av fåtöljerna var nött med hål i tyget. Skulle vilja haft var sitt överlakan, liksom var sin tunn "filt". Inredning något sliten. Hissen ur funktion flera av dagarna. Arbete med trappräcke störde, men arbetet måste ju utföras.Trevlig personal. Trots dessa störningar mkt. trevligt hotell.

Uns hat die Lage und Größe des Hotels sowie der aufmerksame, freundliche Service besonders gefallen. Auch das Essen (Halbpension) war sehr schmackhaft und vollkommen ausreichend in der Auswahl. Letztlich hatten wir das Glück eine Suite als Upgrade zu bekommen - herrliche 5 Tage waren es!

Séjour merveilleux : hôtel, infrastructures et chambre propres, personnel agréable, infrastructures très appréciables (piscine, bain à remous, sauna, espaces détente), accès direct à la plage, petit déjeuner très varié, repas en demi-pension copieux ... seuls tout petits bémols le repas du soir n'est pas de notre point de vue gastronomique et la partie baignoire/pare baignoire mériterait un rafraichissement.
