Really impressed by hotel haven’t done all inclusive for years and this hotel exceeded my expectations. Only negative evening entertainment was ok but some guests that were there before us said it was better.

Door lock not fixed properly

Everything is fine but the cleaning and maintenance quality has a room for improvement. The door lock was not fixed properly thus feeling unsecured and unsafe through every night.

The air con through out the hotel was so low that the hotel and dining area was not cool made it stiffling and unpleasant when eating your meals, dissapointing that the drinks in the sports bar were not part of the inclusive package even though the sports bar is on the complex,being charged for pool towels per person per towel cheaper to take your own towels l

Good - but too noisy food and hard to find sunbeds

We are a group of 10-15 friends going on a cycling holiday once a year. We have been staying at Mirador 3 times and we really enjoy the resort. But we consider to find another place to stay for two reasons: 1- the food court, although with a lot of good food, it is extremely noisy. Some noise dampening definetly is needed. It must be a health concern for the eployees at the restaurant. 2- although it is very vell communicated that reservation of sun beds are not allowed, it is very much practised by the guests. It would be easy to stop the practise simply by doing what is written on the info paper - remove any items on sun beds not being used for a period of time.

The hotel is very noisy, the noisy reverberates around the complex and lots of pool activities and noise in the evening. Wi-Fi is poor. Room was ok. South facing so had sun all day. There are not a lot of options for eating near the hotel.

Collocato in una zona molto tranquilla , l’hotel offre una navetta gratuita per raggiungere la spiaggia di Maspalomas Malgrado le camere siano molto minimal, sono dotate di un balcone privato molto carino . Cucina internazionale abbondante e variegata . Soggiorno molto gradevole .

Great value clean accommodation. Food good value and quality. Negatives - just a bit far from beach (although there's a free bus 4 times/day) or else it's a taxi ride to get anywhere. Great for families. Pool bar was very good and had great snack options between meals.

There was a good selection of food veg/pork/chicken/fish opinions every day. But a lot of the food (pancakes, desserts, jam/cream) tasted like chemicals and I wish there was more of Spanish dishes. The pool area was very nice and relaxing I just wished people didn’t have to call dibs on the sundbeds. A lot of people would leave their towels on the beds and didn’t event come down to the pool until afternoon. The staff in the restaurant was very friendly and gave good service and I wish the staff in the reception should learn a thing or to from the staff in the restaurant!!

Experiencia Muy Mal

Desde del principio, con la entrada todo era muy muy desorganizado y todo mal comunicado. Recepción no nos dio hora para la cena gala de noche vieja, no proporcionaron ningún horario de actividades ni guía del hotel, nada. Todo era inconveniente y manejado mal por recepción y encargado de comedor. Las camas de la habitación horrible e incómodas. La habitación como un horno sin aire acondicionado (tuvimos que pedir una máquina de aire) y baño pequeño con media mampara para mojar todo el baño. Ningún control de distancia de seguridad durante esta pandemia y un montón de huéspedes todos encima de uno en la pequeña zona de piscina. No controlaban el uso de mascarilla ninguno. No ofrecieron nada festivo para noche vieja / año nuevo y casi nada para niños. En fin una experiencia muy mal de verdad. No recomiendo este hotel ni en temporada baja. Horrible.

Tiszta szálloda, zsíros ételek.

Évek óta visszatérő vendégek vagyunk a Dunas Mirador hotelbe, így kíváncsian vártuk hogy mi változott a COVID helyzet óta. Pozitívum: minden nagyon tiszta, sok helyen van kihelyezve kézfertőtlenítő. A bejelentkezés gyorsan és gördülékenyen zajlott. A személyzet minden tagja nagyon kedvesek, kiemelném a recepeciót és az étterem személyzetét. Negatívum: - a reggeli ételek továbbra sem változatosak, a vacsora ételek nagyon zsírosak, szinte mindenben fokhagyma van. - Nem lehet a medence bárnál dohányozni. Tudom, hogy ez nem feltétlenül a szálloda által hozott szabály, de sokat ront az élményen. - A mellettünk lévő szobába nagyon hangos vendégek kerültek, akiket csak harmadik este rakott ki a szálloda, addig vizont engedte őket minden este tombolni a folyosókon hajnali ötkor is. A hangok alapján végül a rendőrség oldotta meg a helyzetet. Öszességében jól éreztük magunkat.

Vi havde en dejlig ferie på hotellet. Der var sødt og i mødekommende personale. Maden var fin fra en stor buffet og flinke tjenere i baren. Området var pænt og rent, både på værelserne og i poolen.

Kellemes szálloda a pihenés szigetén

Évek óta visszatérő vendégként még mindig jó ár-érték arányú szálloda kedves vendégekkel. Pozitívumok: Tisztaság, vendégszeretet, kényelem, nem idegesítő animátorok, szórakoztató műsorok. Negatívum: évek óta ugyanazok az ételek, egy kicsit nagyobb változatosság ráférne a konyhára. A medencében bizonyos helyeken hiányoztak a csempék.

Vi hadde ett fint opphold, men det merkes at hotellet begynner å bli ganske slit. Service vi det ikke noe å si på. Når det det gjelder maten så er frokost og lunsj ikke noe å utsette, men middagen der er det fare for at man blir matlei. Middagen så var det ikke noe variasjon, dårlig sammen setting av matvarer.
