Lovey quiet hotel. Nice pool space and pool bar. Really friendly staff and nice breakfasts. Rooms are not totally soundproofed if you are sensitive to noise. Overall a really relaxing and nice place to stay.

Very lovely hotel, was greeted with champagne and lovely reception staff who were very helpful. The hotel is very quiet, we did not struggle to get sun loungers, very compact resort, easy to navigate. The breakfast was good with a good selection of food and drinks. The cocktails from the bar were very good and reasonably priced. There is a shop at the hotel which was very handy and not too overpriced. The bus to the beach was very convenient and always came on time and quick journey. Could walk to the center by the beach around 20 minutes or 5 euro taxi, a great selection of restaurants and bars and shops. Our room was very spacious with lots of seating and cleaned daily. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you for accommodating us.

We had an excellent stay. The staff were outstanding and the property is very well maintained, with beautiful gardens throughout. There were plenty of sunbeds, a well-equipped gym, and the jacuzzi was the icing on the cake for us. A special mention to Ana at front of house—she was incredibly kind and upgraded us to a lovely suite, which made our stay even more memorable. We booked half board and were very impressed with the dinners: plenty of choice, fresh food, and excellent value for money. The hotel is slightly away from the beach and town centre; however, the location is quiet and perfect for winding down. Taxis are inexpensive (€5–7) and make getting around very easy. Highly recommended.

Amazing value for money

Amazing hotel, far enough away that you get peace and quiet, but only a 5 minute taxi from all of the main areas of Maspalomas. The value for money is incredible, staff were friendly and the cleanliness was excellent. I would happily recommend Hotel LIVVO without hesitation and will definitely return.

Lovely adults only hotel 5 minute taxi ride to Maspalomas beach and lighthouse, they offer a free daily bus service to the Charca of Maspalomas near the dunes - professional, friendly and courteous staff, had problem with key to room which they sorted out immediately, good choice of breakfast and dinner options, great layout, swimming pool and small jacuzzi type pool in the middle with suites all around, very cute, great place to unwind and relax, great fun with the aquagym classes with Sara, part of the hotel service, have a pool bar where you can have lunch and smacks, also has a small shop. There are spa facilites and a gym - great friendly hotel - I extended my stay - will definitely be returning.

I liked the quiet, the area around the pool, the staff, the gym and the buffet - was surprised that the rooms were quite narrow. I also thought that the hotel would be nearer to the beach than it actually was. We didn't like that the shower didn't have a proper door that closed as it wet the whole floor which was minuscule and a flimsy towel on the floor just made it worse and even slightly unhygienic as it became soaking wet almost immediately. We liked the entertainment- the older lady singing songs, she was very good amd the staff were super nice, helpful and professional - all in all a pleasant experience!

The only thing that lets the property down is its policy of only putting out a set amount of food for each sitting of breakfast and dinner buffets, and not replenishing. It means those who visit in the last hour of the allocated dining time find there isn’t much left, because earlier diners have eaten it all. When finding ourselves in this situation and asking for replenishments, we were advised by the waiting staff that they have “run out” and there was “no more”. This response was given for even staple food items, which clearly would be available again the following day (granola, milk, butter, ham). When we complained to reception, the items which had run out were miraculously restocked and provided to us. We’re all for avoiding food waste, but those choosing to dine later shouldn’t be disadvantaged. We all pay the same dining fee after all. It’s a real shame, because otherwise the stay was great.
