Everything was perfect, we put in a couple of requests and they were all more than to help. Would definitely stay here again. We only went half board as we like to explore in the afternoon at local restaurants but the morning breakfast was very tasty, good collection and well organised.

Construction everywhere!! Why was we not pre warned? Who wants to stay at a hotel where there is active construction! The buffet selection was pitiful, staff was so so rude (unless you were Spanish). Pool area half closed due to construction, half the rooms closed to construction, outside seating closed to construction! Constant noise from hammering, beeping from cherry pickers, drilling. Snack bar had five options, drinks limited, alcohol poor. Never felt so let down on an all inclusive before. However, rooms and general areas were clean. Only pro, other than that it was dreadful. Awful experience, if you want to stay at a Princess hotel, stay at Tabaiba Princess.

À trois semaines de notre arrivée, l’hôtel préviens de travaux de maintenance du 06/07 à fin août. Impossible de prendre un repas dehors en terrasse. Une partie de la piscine est inaccessible. Présence d’échafaudage sur une partie de la façade. Le personnel est professionnel mais pas sympathique. Et puis l’horreur, présence de cafards dans le restaurant durant 3 jours. L’hôtel propose des chambres à l’opposé de l’échafaudage pour éviter les bruits mais malgré tout, beaucoup de nuisances sonores. Impossible de dormir avant 1h du matin. Parking très petit (40 places pour un grand hôtel) perte de beaucoup de temps pour trouver une place à l’extérieur.

Hotellet skulle have renoveret facaden mens vi var der, hvilket forårsagede larm og afskærmning af udendørs spisepladser- det påvirkede selvfølgelig oplevelsen. Træningsfaciliteter er på et minimum. Underholdningen var super god de to af dagene, men så var pengene vist også brugt;) De resterende dage var ikke værd at sætte sig ned for. Derudover varede underholdningen alle dage kun en time, hvilket nok lige er lidt nok. Værelset ok med rengøring helt i top:). Maden var ok uden at være prangende. Ala carte restaurant ved hotellets pool var fyldt med junk food. En ting der var pragtfuldt var at bussen gik lige foran hotellet, hvilket gjorde det hele meget nemt:). Jeg ville ikke tage derhen igen men det var en ok tur.

We booked 2 rooms and stayed for 10 nights, the rooms were of a good size and clean some areas of the decor could have done with a tidy up but overall good for a 4 star hotel, one negative is that unlike many hotels we have stayed in bottled water not provided every day this should really be standard if all inclusive. We were all inclusive and did find the food at breakfast to be pretty much the same each day but good, we ate out out a few times during our holidays but found the food and the variety of food at dinner to be more than good there was plenty of choice and food made to a good standard sometimes a little cold but otherwise very good. The swimming pool nice and refreshing, the bar very well ran however would have been nice to not have certain drinks pre mixed I appreciate they get busy in these all inclusive packages but it just takes away that feeling of having your drink especially made for you. All in all we were very pleased with our stay at the hotel especially as it’s adults only and did not feel overcrowded, many areas in the bar area to sit down on the nice sofas. If we holiday in Gran Canaria and Maspalomas again would certainly consider staying here again.

On arrival to our room we had a lovely letter and a bottle of fizz wishing us a happy anniversary. The spa area was lovely we stayed there for the duration of our stay. Jacuzzi, Bali beds, steam room and sauna (free) massages are expensive but good. The swimming pool is clean and plenty of sun beds. The food is good and there’s plenty of choice, cocktails not great but we loved the coconut rum and self service drinks at the pool. The hotel is spotless, fast lifts we were on the seven floor sea view in the distance, we could not hear the building works at the front to the hotel, do not book a room at the front, you can hear slight noise near the pool but nothing major. Location is okay the surrounding area is not the best but the beaches are nice 10 minutes/30 minute walk. We would recommend the local market on Saturday and beach front is quieter. We did not visit the sand dunes has nudist beaches! The entertainment was okay the best shows were the acrobatics, there needs to be a variety of music mainly catered for the older audience. We loved our week, the room is spacious, the bed was comfortable, shower spacious and good pressure, hotel is very relaxing and met the 4 star rating!

Hôtel malheureusement en travaux lors de notre séjour début juin. Heureusement, le personnel s'est montré très à l'écoute de nos demandes. Mention spéciale pour la piscine et la zone de relaxation (spa, massages...) une zone vraiment TOP ! Le restaurant propose également une cuisine variée qui saura plaire à tout le monde. Côté nuit, la chambre était convenable, même si la literie est assez ferme (ce qui peut ne pas convenir à tous). Le vrai point noir reste la très très mauvaise isolation phonique entre les chambres.

We stayed for a week and had a brilliant time. The pool was great and plenty of sunbeds to use and the fact that they could not be reserved was also a bonus. The room was lovely and the beds were made every day and we came back one afternoon to a bottle of fizz in an ice bucket compliments of the hotel for my birthday - this was a lovely touch. We will definitely be back!

The hotel was great, super friendly staff and a great pool area, great sized rooms and lovely bathroom. It’s also in a great location for the beach and the Yumbo centre. The sauna, steam room, jacuzzis and gym were all great facilities and loved using them. A few improvements would’ve made it brilliant: - The food was great the first few nights but went a bit downhill. I’d recommend going earlier, everytime we went later the food felt like it was still defrosting or had a post-frozen taste. It was also cold some nights. Dessert was really limited too. Loved the breakfast. - Could have done with a free water fill station. Also a free soft drink at dinner would’ve been nice for half board. We had to pay even for water, which wasn’t ideal. - The fridges in the room aren’t even slightly cold, and having to buy drinks made this not ideal. - An iron would have been appreciated. - The pool music could do with regular updates, but that’s super minor. Overall loved our stay, the improvements didn’t impact the overall vibe and it’s a great hotel.

It was a lovely looking hotel with a lovely pool area but a little disorganised where the sunbeds were concerned. The rooms were lovely airy and reasonably clean with some cleaners being better than others as regularly found areas they missed but nothing major. We were most unhappy with the dining area as food that was supposed to be hot under the hot lamps were warm at best! So despite having paid for it we went out most evenings. Especially as it was based in the basement with no view. I’m afraid we won’t be returning
