The staff here are amazing and do everything they can to make you feel like home. We were 3 people traveling, and they had the perfect room with 3 queen beds. Staff had fantastic recommendations for activities, restaurants and more. They were also very accomodating of our late flight home. Would easily return next time!

The hotel was great. It wasn’t too loud and it was close to everything would highly recommend if you’re new to the area because you’ll be staying close to all of the main businesses also, they don’t do rental cars there they have side-by-side‘s, which are very cool to take around the island would highly recommend this place for any kind of island experience

There amenities are very poor Hot water was only available 5am & 9 am There wi-fi super weak good only at front desk On the bright side tho the ladies at the front desk very super friendly and helpful and there coffee was the best in the island

The location was great - close to everything and very walkable. Unfortunately, there was construction going on at the court building next-door, and the door/window didn't seem to block any noise whatsoever. The mini fridge was the best amenity, but I keep having to ask for water to restock it. Perhaps worst (or close second to the noise) was the shower. Despite the sliding glass door (which was difficult to slide without a good handle), the shower had a tendency to leak water onto the floor - sometimes enough to pool out in the hallway. Hot water was fickle, coming and mostly going. Mild sewer smell in the bathroom. The staff, however, were fantastic - very accommodating and did a great job working around my work/meeting schedule.

Hotel extremamente bem localizado e é possivel fazer tudo a pé: comércio, praia e restaurantes. Acomodações confortáveis, espaçosas com mobilia e pintura novas. Staff atencioso. Super recomendo.

A limpeza deixou a desejar.

A limpeza não era de boa qualidade, apenas era um pano passado no chão e arrumação dos lençóis da cama. A maior parte da estadia tivemos que está solicitando toalha de banho, as quais inúmeras vezes eram bem estragada por conta do uso. Não lavavam a pia do banheiro e nem esfregavam o chão da parte do chuveiro.

Otimo custo beneficio

Hotel muito bom e bem localizado. Quarto muito confortável com camas e colchoes grandes. A agua do chuveiro e fraca mas acredito que seja uma característica da ilha. Mas e quente, diferente da maioria dos outros hoteis. A única sugestão seria colocar mais espelhos pelo quarto

Estadia San Andrés

Pousada simples, quarto amplo e confortável. Localização central mas achei a rua deserta para caminhar a noite. Houve um problema pontual com relação à solicitação de check out tardio, que foi autorizado e depois desautorizado. Tivermos que nos arrumar às pressas.

O prédio é aparentemente novo, mas não é bem cuidado por dentro. O quarto, já na chegada, tinha cheiro de mofo. O ar condicionado também estava com as telas do filtro bem sujas, nós que lavamos. Quanto a limpeza, esta foi feita todos os dias, mas deixa a desejar. Todos os dias não tinha água suficiente no chuveiro para tomar banho; vinha um só um "fio". Falamos com a recepção, falaram que iam ver o chuveiro, mas nada melhorou. O problema de falta de água, pelo que vimos, é em toda a ilha de San Andres, pois não tem sistema eficiente de agua e eles tem que comprar caminhões de agua potavel para abastecer o prédios. Não tem café da manhã no hotel. A localização é boa, bem próximo da praia e do centro comercial.

Estadia em San Andrés

Sentimos falta dos utensílios na cozinha. O apartamento mostra uma cozinha, contudo não possui nada mesmo. Nem copos, pratos, talheres, nada…. Espaço sem função nenhuma. Compensado pelo atendimento dos funcionários que são muito prestativos em tudo. Destaque para Cecilia que está sempre pronta a ajudar no que for possível.

Uma boa estadia

A estadia foi muito tranquila, a equipe é fantástica, limpam o quarto todos os dias. O banheiro oscila um pouco a agua quente, mas funciona, lembrando que a agua na iha é escassa, então devemos economizar. É proximo a mercado, farmacia e da praia. A mini copa ajuda a comprar agua e alguns mantimentos. Ele nao possui cafe da manhã, mas na recepção encontra cha, agua quente e cafe para pegar a vontade. Obs: nao tem elevador.
