"I did not opt for breakfast. They have do your own laundry facilities on every other floor. Staff very professional and efficient. I was a bit peeved in the beginning because extra regular size pillows are not available when you request for them. But on a whole I would book again on our next family trip to Tokyo. "

"Really great hotel for this price point in upscale Ginza. Yes the rooms are small but that’s pretty standard for Japan. The hotel is spotlessly clean with full daily room service and clean. The location is amazing, very close to central Ginza shops and eateries and several train stations that link you all over Tokyo. Would 100% return and stay here again. "

"Location was brilliant, a walk away from 2 train stations; there were 2 family marts just downstairs and a 100 yen store too! We also walked to Ginza from here - everything was so assessible. Room was nice, and an easy to use coin laundry on the premises - highly recommend!"
