"The location is super convenient—just a short walk from the train station with plenty of shops around. But there's one thing that really needs to be improved: the washing machines. They only have two, and each wash takes a solid two hours. Plus, you can’t reserve them in advance. It’s such a hassle having to trek up to the second floor to see if one’s free. I tried to wash my clothes four times during my six-day stay but only managed to get one load done. I wasn’t lucky enough to wash again!"

"Room was clean, loved the amenities in the lobby, staff was attentive and helpful. Check in was super easy as well as check out. Really loved the storage room for luggage and washing machines and dryers on site. The ice machine, water and vending machines on each floor was very convenient. "

The staff were present and courteous, anticipating needs before they were ever voiced and making every interaction, even with the language barrier, feel welcoming. The property itself was immaculately clean and refined. Although the hotel has an “old world” feel, it has been beautifully maintained. We will definitely return to this hotel next time we are in Tokyo."
