Beautiful hotel with a perfect location. Very central (you can walk to Harajuku and even Shinjuku!), and there's a train right next to the hotel. 10/10 would stay here again!

Location was a little away from main Shibuya so it was quiet except when stadium had a game. Staff were very helpful. Onsen was nice. Nice all around property. Close to 2 convenient train stops.

The room was very clean, and the staff were all so helpful. The breakfast buffet was amazing as were the private bath areas. The gym was equipped with treadmills, ellipticals a rowing machine and a few light free weights and stability balls. The hotel is located in a beautiful quieter area of Shibuya but a very close walk to a few train stations and the heart of Shibuya crossing. Will definitely stay here again

Hotel very close to a subway station, which connects to all the city. Clean with a very good and high quality breakfast. The only issue was the room size, it was smaller than expected. The bed side was against the wall which was uncomfortable for 2 people.

I love the staff and the products they use for guests. The pyjamas are a nice touch, but the breakfast could do with more variety each day. Having the same kind of food for three days in a row gets tiring. The location also feels quite far out; although it’s close to the station, getting to other places still takes a long time.

Of all the hotels I’ve stayed at, this is by far my favorite. Amenities are fantastic, the location is close to the major railways, the hotel is quiet, breakfast/dinner are delicious. Any time I stay in Tokyo, I book this hotel. We will be back next year for our fourth stay.
