"Absolutely great hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Great amenities, clean room, great toilet. I loved my staying here. I shall definitely be back"
"The property is extremely convenient. The concierge is OUTSTANDING. The service and breakfast and food are fantastic. The rooms are spacious and very clean, but very dated—closer to 2000 decor and features than 2026. Would stay here again with lowered expectations for room amenities like USBC plugs and power outlets, etc. "
"I’m a gold member of Expedia. Reception promised me to send free drink coupon to my room yesterday during my check in.
Passed check out time, no drinks coupon sent.
Reception team should be more attentive."
"My 6th stay here, so I must like it. It is a very good hotel for the money. It as 2 7/11’s either side. Shopping Unless it’s clothes you are looking for, you’ll need a taxi/tuktuk. It is time for a refurbishment. The passageways in tower A a re looking rather drab. Room are clean & tidy . Only thing I couldn’t do was turn air con down. I could lower it but in wouldn’t stay at temperature I set just re turn to the previous settings. If I stay in a Bangkok I’d stay here again."
