"Towels were replaced every day, even if we hung them up to indicate wanting to reuse. Everything was clean and comfortable. But a bit of spray and clean of some bathroom walls is required. The access to public transport was great, also the staff, ambience, and onsite coffee shop. The option to checkout for a fee is also very good and reasonable. The security guard at car park is polite but he doesn't understand English n Chinese at all. no lighting at all at night time so you may miss it. near to chatucha. free parking... "

"They could not find our reservation although we did paid in full. They finally gave us an appartment on the 20th floor (the lower floors are rented for offices). The living room and bedroom are clean and spacious but the kitchen and bathroom are not well maintained (doors falling apart, caulking around the sink and bathtub looks terrible, kitchenware do not look safe/clean). We do not use the gym nor the swimming pool. Do not be fooled by the pictures posted."

"I stayed here one night both coming into and leaving Thailand. It is a beautiful hotel and staff are terrific. Check in was so smooth and easy. Only a 10-15 minute walk to check in or from customs - all indoors and there are food places and phone/sim card places along the walk. Rooms are really nice and the pool area is very elegant. This is a perfect place to stay when transiting through BKK. "
