During our stay, the dryer in the laundry facility was not functioning, and we had to leave the hotel with a full bag of wet clothes after using the washer. Additionally, housekeeping did not service our room on the first day, and I had to call the front desk to request clean towels. Concierge team seemed to be overwhelmed and not very pleasant.
