Beautiful beach Hotel is dirty, trash @ beach and dirty toilet and paths at all times even early am. Pool closed DAILY for code brown (poop) during our stay. In disrepair: Open trenches thougout garden. No hot water one day. plumbing issues, broken doorr.. AC issues on 2 rooms- not solved. Bad management: lines for everything and people fighting for food - though they claimed to be at 40% occupancy Checked out earky- hotel said they’d refund then refused refund to expedia, not even partial

The food options were really good and the quality, flavor. The property has internet access anywhere and fast enough speed. The bed is ok, but could be more comfortable, my wife and child does not rest as we hope. In general the hotel is very nice and we can see an operating system working, all staff aligned and work concentrated. They really take care about people’s in the hotel.

Check in was very easy. Make reservations ahead of time for dinner. Only allowed 3 reservations? A little weird. Dinners were very good. A lot of flies present in buffet area. A little gross. Family did enjoy stay a lot. Have two young kids who enjoyed trip as well.

The property was ok. The food was ok. There were termites in our room and on the bed due to the cheap wood used on the furniture. The staff took care of it right away but I don’t plan on staying here during our next visit to Las Terrenas. The pool was the best part.

I stay a week in the hotel all the staff was so great the food in the buffet was really good, the food in the restaurants was good nothing crazy, and the rooms need some work inside, I spend a good time there.
