Their friendliness and helpfulness created an atmosphere of genuine hospitality that we will never forget. The highlight of our visit was the special dinner organized by the incredible team at COAST Beach Club & Bistro and they helped moved us to new rooms for better experience when requested without question! They went above and beyond to prepare and arrange a beautiful celebration for my wife’s 50th birthday. Their attention to detail, care, and dedication turned the evening into a truly memorable occasion. There are simply no words to fully describe the excellent service we experienced—not just at COAST, but from everyone across the resort. Every interaction reflected professionalism, kindness, and a heartfelt commitment to making guests feel valued. Centara Grand Hua Hin is more than just a resort—it’s a place where unforgettable memories are created, thanks to the remarkable people who make it shine."

"This hotel is superb value. Room well maintained and clean. Bed a bit harder than I like but acceptable. Pool perfect. Restaurant ok. Beach stunning. Gym amazing views. If you want to eat out recommend Thai Thai just a few minutes walk and Black Elephant just a bit further away say 10 mins walk. 9/10 if had to give a con it would be the lack of any entertainment to keep you in the hotel at night. But the local bars are friendly enough."
