"Service was great. They were very response and addressed our concerns. But the property is more 3 stars than 4. We had two small beds together in one room. My wife’s bed was slipping from the end so 20-30 pct was unusable and mattress should be replaced. Bathroom also had duct tape on the ceiling and the shower is barely 2 feet wide. I couldn’t shower without hitting my hand somewhere. Location is great but I wouldn’t stay here again. Would look for an actual 4 star hotel."

"The hotel is in the old town so EVERYTHING is very convenient…..the taxi was unable to take us up to the front entrance but luckily our bags had wheels and we had a back pack as we were ok walk a few streets to the entrance. The staff are unbelievable…extremely professional and friendly and a very nice touch of refreshments hot and cold at reception available all day … the water with ice and orange slices cooled us from the 40c heat.
