"The customer services was horrible my room had the worst smell. I had to request another room and had to pay then when I got the new room it smelled so horrible. I would like my money back for the payment of the knew room. That resort will not last if customer services doesn’t change"

"This resort was highly disappointing. They don’t tell you that it isn’t completely all inclusive. You have to pay for a coconut, a pineapple, the bob marley show, any resort activities ( classes, Virtual reality, wine tastings) We were Privileged Guests and our butlers Chevoy and Kareem were amazing. ..."

"The room was clean but very outdated. Staff at the front desk was pleasant and very helpful. Breakfast, lunch and dinner i would rate it a 4/10 10 being the highest. Beach view was across the street the beach wasnt on the property exactly.."
