"The customer services was horrible my room had the worst smell. I had to request another room and had to pay then when I got the new room it smelled so horrible. I would like my money back for the payment of the knew room. That resort will not last if customer services doesn’t change"

The only downside to this was, for an "all inclusive resort" the dining options were very limited during the day with a lot of the restaurants being closed until 5pm. Excellence Oyster Bay - Adults Only All Inclusive
"Beautiful facility, very private on the peninsula, so the beach is very quiet as well. The pool is nice, and the drinks are plenty. Only thing that threw us off was the dress code for men in the restaurants- so be sure to read up on them and pack accordingly."
