"We have stayed twice now as we love this hotel. It’s clean, friendly, rooms are air conditioned. The food in the hotel has a wide range, we are vegan and managed to find a variety - more so than last year too. (After about 5 days of half board we were ready for a break from it). Ignore the bad reviews, you’ll have a lovely time here."

"The rooms were large with a nice view. The hotel had a lot to offer. The pool was warm yet refreshing. Too bad it couldn’t stay open a bit later though, it was still light out until 9pm but the pool closed at 8pm.
The only downfall was the communication with the front desk staff during check in regarding the passes to the Port Aventura Park. Very disappointed that they didn’t explain this better. They were rushed to get us through the line so there was no/little communication."
