La chambre était grande, la salle de bain aussi. Tout était fonctionnel. Le déjeuner était ok mais je trouve qu’il manquait un peu de variété. Je recommande!"

"We were very happy with Hotel St. Laurent. Excellent location, very clean room, nice windows that opened, good powerful well-stocked shower with lots of hot water, decent bed & linens. We were in the back so had no street noise, but the reviews that mention hall noise are accurate so we took earplugs and had no problems. Staff was excellent. The room was circa 1970 but we didn't care about that--it was comfortable;; in fact, we booked a room with the kitchen so we could do breakfast and lunch in-house and were surprised how spacious the set-up was. Our one complaint was that the kitchen was very sparsely furnished with exactly two glasses in two sizes, two knives and forks, two very small mugs etc., but there was a dishwasher and we made it work. We will definitely go back."

"I’ve stayed here twice and the last time I was reminded of why I thought I never would again. It’s OKAY. Everything is OKAY. I don’t understand how this is listed as a 4 star property. It is bare bones, no frills, period. Rooms are clean enough, there are no ice buckets - someone brings it to you on request. There is no body or hand cream available. There is no bar soap. No water bottles. You really get no extras whatsoever. The parking is a pain - because it is valet and there is only ever one on staff, you are sometimes waiting a fair amount of time for your car. But the worst thing about this place, that hasn’t improved since my first stay, is the pillows. I do not understand these things. They look fluffy enough, but after a few short minutes they turn into flat bags of wet sand. This is across the board. We all found this to be the case. Get ready for some serious neck pain. The location is good if you want to be close to Plateau or Quartiers des Spectacles"
