"The property is nice and staff is constantly cleaning. Short walk to the beach which was fine. Have to be at the beach early to get front row lounge chair and umbrella... or a lounger at all. Otherwise better off to pay for spot from Mumba beach right beside. My only complaint was that the adult pool was rarely only adults. Often there were families with teenagers and never saw anyone come by to enforce this. The food offered at the adult pool area was awful and very overpriced. Staff never came...

"Everything about this resort was incredible. The resort, the location, the staff, the food and the entire vibe. I had a minor emergency with my 16 year old where she needed to see a doctor or nurse at midnight and the staff was incredible and instead of calling for a taxi to take us to the hospital they sent their security person to drive us, waited for us and drove us back. I never expected that and so glad they did as I was traveling alone with my kid. Overall, I will 100% recommend this...

"The property was in a nice location where you were close enough if you wanted to walk to the restaurants and shops. Loved the hotel offered bikes to ride we definitely took advantage of this to explore a bit. Rooms were spacious, clean and updated and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Pool was beautiful too. Only downside was the private beach for the hotel was a bit rocky going into the water. Suggest aqua shoes."

"Amazing views! Loved this resort, convenient to beach and pool. Restaurants on site were good. Deli was amazing. Towels are provided but went to exchange at 6 and they were closed (they say they close at 7). They also start putting away chairs as people leave beach and going down to watch sunset around 7 we couldn’t find a Chair, they were locked. We did not see drink or food service while on the beach. "We had a fantastic stay at Boardwalk Boutique Hotel. The beautiful, tropical grounds are immaculately maintained, and the pool area was always clean, peaceful, and relaxing. "I paid fully through Expedia yet when I went to go check in, I was charged an additional $81.24 in “taxes”. Nowhere in the listing nor the confirmation email from the hotel did it state this would happen. Mind you, my total price paid prior to the additional fake tax was $402 (including TAXES and stay protection). $81.24 is almost 30% of my stay price. How does that even make sense? So serves me right for trying to go the budget route because between the scam tax + taxi costs because...

"We enjoyed our time at the modern hotel. The only thing thing that we really missed was an ice machine or refrigerated water cooler. But they were not a big issue. Helpful staff and super quiet location with well maintained amenities. Preferred this over tourist cesspool at the bigger properties."
