Lovely old hotel right on the main street in Cava de’Terreni. Perfect to join the evening stroll up and down the main street, with a huge range of shopping and dining options. The hotel restaurant is also perfectly good. And the staff were brilliant, really helpful and knowledgeable.

I would highly recommend this hotel for so many reasons. The location is perfect. Just step outside the hotel doors and you are in the center of Cava. Shopping, dining and exploring this classic Italian town is right there! The rooms are immaculate and beautifully decorated. The breakfast buffet was way above all the other hotels I stayed at during my 17 day trip. The staff is friendly, courteous and helpful with anything you might need.

This is one of the prettiest hotel in the region. Reception lady Ladda is such a sweet person. And she is very friendly and helpful. She did not said no to anything we asked for. She was very helpful with our daily trips to amalfi and surrounding. Comfy bed and room decorated with all the historic themes. Their towels are the softest i have ever find in any hotels. There is a lovely lady at breakfast time who greet us with a smile every day and understands and speaks good english too. I give this hotel 10/10

I would have given 5 stars in all categories, except for two things. 1-The hotel restaurant seemed like a great option for dinner but we were deeply disappointed. The food was not good, my son in law got food poisoning from the prawns he ordered. It took literally hours to get our food as well. 2- The bed was as hard as rock. I’ve learned that is common in Italian hotel rooms but this bed was especially uncomfortable. On the upside, the air conditioning was outstanding and the friendliness of the staff was so pleasant. The hotel is beautiful.

I enjoyed the mid century furniture, artwork and patio and balcony. The hotel itself transports you back in time and that was a unique experience. Food was excellent and staff was very graceful and accommodating.

Perfect

Perfect in every way. Welcoming, customer service, restaurant, bar, food exceptional. But most of all the staff are brilliant so attentive. Cava de Tirreni is a little hidden gem, away from all the tourists. But easy access to the Amalfi area. My best hotel I’ve stayed in whilst traveling Italy for 2 months. And so close to the train station.

I would have given 5 stars if you honored your word to reimburse us for an unexpected early checkout due to the local trains not running (we were not aware of this prior to check in, and it was very inconvenient) When we discovered this problem, we tried to use the bus instead, but did not work well. We were told that early checkout would not be a problem, except it was, since neither Expedia or your hotel honored your word.
