A hidden gem

This was an amazing B&B. The room was spacious, in great condition and in a great location. It’s always great to have a really nice place to go back to when traveling. The service was also exceptional, can’t say enough good things. I would come back again.

Property owner was responsive through instant messaging with recommendations of the area. The check in process was smooth with instructions on how to get to the B&B and into the room. The room was clean. We would stay here again.

The air conditioning was on when we arrived, but didn’t seem to work the entire time we were there. The room and bathroom were not clean--compared to the 12 other bed & breakfasts and hotels I stayed at during my trip in Italy; this establishment couldn't even be bothered to sweep the floors. The bathroom has very loud pumps that run any time you run water in the sink, shower, toilet (welcome to electric plumbing in intercity apartments). The one good thing about this bed & breakfast is its location in Salerno.

The location is fantastic however it shouldn’t be advertised as Bed and Breakfast because there is no breakfast, only coffee but the machine is not very friendly anyways.

Very good location

Very good location, only few minutes walk to train station. Also restaurants and shops in the same street. Room was ok, but in general I think almost everywhere in Italy walls are like cardboard and you can hear all sounds and that makes sleeping a little bit tricky sometimes.

We chose to walk up/down the stairs, but the day we left with our suitcases, we used the elevator. It cost 20 cents to get down. We thought we were to use the key...but had left it in the room. Luckily we had a coin on us. Everything else was great! Thanks

Literie très confortable, chambre spacieuse. Dommage pour l'absence de lit bébé comme indiqué sur l'annonce. La communication avec l'autre très fluide et facile. Nettoyage très correct mais perfectible. Je recommande vivement.

Struttura al centro di Salerno. Titolare disponibile e molto preciso, ci ha aiutati con indicazioni per il parcheggio vicino la struttura ed per gli spostamenti in città. Struttura pulita, curata e silenziosa è stato piacevole trascorrere il fine settimana.

3 giorni a Salerno. Posizione strategica

Molto comodo e indipendente. Il prezzo basso, la camera confortevole e ampia, ci hanno cambiato gli asciugamani ogni giorno e non ce lo aspettavamo. Un punto in più anche per questo.

Bara i nödfall

Nära tågstationen i Salerno, på huvudgatan. Boendet är enkelt. Det finns ett väldigt "speciellt" elsystem på toaletten som gjorde att varje gång man duschade eller använde kranen, skakade hela huset av ljudet! Ingången till duschen hade två trappsteg son gjorde att ta sig i in och ut från duschen var väldig farligt. Vi fick reda på att check out var kl 10:30. Men det verkade att vara kl 10:00. Städerskan kom och var irriterad på oss för att vi inte hade lämnat rummet. Det verkade som att det fanns ett litet problem med kommunikationen mellan personal på hotellet. En annan sak är att man måste betala 0, 20 cents för att kunna åka hiss. Vi hade inga mynt, så vi var tvungna att bära våra väskor till den fjärde våningen.

La mejor ubicación ! Muy bien relacion precio

Tomamos dos habitaciones. Una bien grande y cómoda, la otra pequeña pero estaba bien El servicio muy bueno La mejor ubicación de Salerno Solo que el baño., cuandoo corre el agua, tiene un motor que hace un fuerte ruido. Por el precio; estuvo exelente !

Amazing service!

We are really grateful to have found this gem and for the hospitality of the people there. We decided to spend a night in Salerno from being too fatigued to travel all the way to Amalfi. After getting off the train in the evening, we quickly booked a hotel that was available. Due to technical difficulties, the owner did not see our reservation but was very patient with us while waiting for the confirmation to come through. The staff went on to prepare the room for us which was very pretty - pink accent wall, striped bathroom. The service was remarkable, room was cute and cozy, and the staff was so very kind.

Giugno 2021: prenotazione e pagamento di una camera matrimoniale effettuato sul sito Expedia. A luglio, il giorno prima della partenza Expedia mi ricorda il mio viaggio e la mia prenotazione. Tutto ok sembrerebbe..... Arrivo presso la struttura, citofono, non risponde nessuno. Chiamo il numero indicato sulla targa esposta accanto al portone. Mi risponde una signora che sembra non essere a conoscenza del mio arrivo. Mi dà un altro numero dicendomi di rivolgermi a suo figlio. Anche suo figlio sembra non essere a conoscenza del mio arrivo.....mi dice di richiamare sua madre e poi spegne definitivamente il telefono ( supporto, educazione e responsabilità prima di tutto!) Richiamo e la signora mi dice che non può darmi nessuna camera perché " il sistema non si è aggiornato". Dopo averle fatto presente che avevo già pagato, ero in mezzo ad una strada e mi sarei rivolta ai carabinieri, mi invita ad andare a casa sua ( lei non poteva raggiungermi perché in quarantena) dicendomi che avrebbe messo i soldi nell'ascensore. I soldi ci sono, 20 euro in meno del pagamento effettuato. Richiamo e aggiungono la parte mancante. Supporto zero nel trovare una soluzione alternativa, pur sapendo che in un sabato di fine luglio in qualsiasi struttura non c'è disponibilità. Pessimi. Ma vince il figlio, che risolve il problema evitando il problema stesso. Customer oriented, davvero!

Excelente B&B

Muy bien ubicado, a 4/5 cuadras de la estación del tren y de donde salen los buses para la costa amalfitana, el dueño una persona que te brinda toda la info para que te muevas y recomienda lugares para comer muy buenos y baratos. Lo super recomiendo, habitación espaciosa limpia y con frigobar, tele pava eléctrica, secador de pelo, buen WiFi etc. Eso sí hay que avisar el horario de llegada ya que no cuenta con recepción, nosotros nos olvidamos de avisar y llamamos al número que indica en la puerta, en 5 minutos llego para darnos la llave explicarnos todo y tenes completa libertad en todo. Limpian todos los días y cambian toallas y sábanas. Lo super recomiendo, la mejor relación precio calidad de toda mi estadía en Italia
