"My stay was great and the reception staff, especially Karen, were helpful and clear. However, I encountered two issues: there was no prior mention of a deposit or the policy that keeps balconies locked for solo guests. I chose this luxury hotel for my birthday and upgraded to a high-floor river view as a treat, so being unable to access the balcony was a letdown.
