    "Very nice property with Western-size rooms, right in the heart of Tenjin and its shopping district. Somewhat odd that the lobby is on the 19th floor, while the guest rooms are below. The only minor mark is the Lounge . . . beet nice decor, but don’t expect much in terms of food or snacks. Sparse would be the correct descriptive. Having said that, I’d gladly stay again."

    "Rooms are clean and hotel is in a convenient location by the station. We had a room on the railway tracks which was very noisy. A train passed through every 2 minutes. The hotel is nice and relatively modern. The rooms are small, washing machine is pretty useless but only ok if you plan on putting a very small load as the dryer doesn’t dry the clothes. Would only recommend for a short stay and if you choose a room away from the railway side."

    "The place is neat and just nice for 5pax.There are few convenience stores nearby. Restaurants tend to open after 11am. Instead of walking from Hakata station, there are buses that can take you directly to the bus stop (about 2 stops) which is just few steps away from Roi."
