We enjoyed this hotel. It had a great location close to the train station and lots of shopping. It's a bit of a journey getting to downtown Tokyo, but we knew that when we booked it. We were visiting people and places close by, and the hotel worked out great for us.

息子が宿泊で連れて行ったけどスタッフの対応もとても良く、ビジホの中でも綺麗で掃除もいきとどいていると思う。 部屋も広く、お風呂も広い方で綺麗だった。 食事も美味しかったと言っていて所沢行く時はまた宿泊したいと言っていました。
