The hotel is brand new and very clean but it's hard to recognize it as a 4 star hotel. The swimming pool is quite small, and above all every extra (as parking, breakfast, coffe, bikes ) has to be payed quite expensive. The very positive note is the service, Stesy and the other reception girls have been exceptional. Extremely kind, helpful and with a great sense of problem solving. Thank you so much!

Very clean, seems to be great for families with kids. Over priced, not a 4 star feel, very disappointed to have to pay for 1 hour spa use - €15 per person! - parking, breakfast, bikes...nothing seems to be included. Peaceful yet isolated location.

Beautiful area

I was a beautiful place to stay on the Island Re. The staff was super-friendly and helpful. The vineyards all around were nice to see. It was pretty close to everything to do. Not very private away from other guests, but it looks like all the hotels in the area have the same set-up. It was fine.

Notre seul regret: n'avoir passé qu'une nuit aux Vignes de la Chapelle. Très bon accueil, hôtel charmant et calme,situé à 10 minutes à pied du centre de Sainte Marie. Notre chambre,propre, fonctionnelle et confortable bénéficiait comme les autres d'une petite terrasse privative bien isolée des regards. Le buffet du petit déjeuner , varié, copieux, propose des produits locaux. Nous reviendrons!

Locatie is prachtig gelegen, klein, overzichtelijk, alle kamers met terras. Mooi zwembad dat echter in ochtend pas vanaf 10 uur open is. Ontbijt a €16 is duur, net als ‘n biertje a €6,50 en ‘n zwembadhanddoek a €5

I absolutely loved everything about this hotel. The room was great, the loft perfect for a family with two kids. Beautiful poolarea as well. The only negative was that the breakfast was a little too pricey. Would definitely stay here again.

Hübsches einsames Hotel

Sehr schönes kleines entspanntes Hotel. Sehr liebevoll gepflegter Garten. Bei großer Hitze fehlt dann leider doch eine Klimaanlage, besonders in den Vierer-Lofts, da 2 Betten unter dem Dach liegen und es auch kein Fenster gibt. Schade, dass es kein Restaurant gibt. Warme Speisen in grauenhafter Qualität sind vorgefertigt in Plastikboxen und werden in der microwelle heiss gemacht. Das hat uns dann doch wirklich erschreckt. Muss man wissen und einfach drauf verzichten. Wir würden aber wiederkommen

Lots to like, but check it's right for you

It's hard to review this hotel. If it's what you're expecting, it's probably great - but read the online reviews to check it will suit you. On the plus side: very peaceful; nice pool; each room has a terrace. On the downside: no restaurant; about 1km to nearest restaurant/shop; room a bit tired; staff seemed weary of dealing with clients whose experience didn't match expectations. It seems to suit families who enjoy the pool & use the rooms (with sitting areas & kitchens that are unlocked for a payment) as holiday apartments. There are tables/chairs and drinks available, but no bar staff: You just ask at reception. Consequently, it lacks atmosphere...If you like a hotel where you can enjoy a pre/post drink and convivial chat, it's probably not for you.

Le séjour était plus cher de 100€ sur Hotels.com qu'a la réception de l'hôtel... Première déception ... Ensuite l'hôtel est certes bien placé et propre mais n'offre pas le standing attendu.. Sous prétexte de l'écologie.. Pas de chauffage dans la chambre a l'arrivé .. 1 nuit à 15 degré.. Jacuzzi ne fonctionnait pas.. Ah j'oubliais les douches chaudes possible mais pas plus de 20mn pour 2 personnes .. Top chrono ! Et le clic clac dans l'entrée de la chambre.. Bref.. Heureusement que l'île de Ré est belle...

Schöne Lage mit kleinen Mängeln

Ist leidedr kein richtiges 4 Sterne Hotel. Das als großes Frühstücksbuffet ausgelobte Frühstück war sehr übersichtlich (2 Sorten Wurst, 3 Sorten Käse)und man musste ständig nachfragen ob noch etwas nachgelegt wird. Das gebuchte Zimmer war nur 17 m² groß und hatte einfache Verbindungstüren zu den jeweiligen Nachbarn. Man war mittendrin und konnte jede Unterhaltung oder sonstige Lärmquellen mitgenießen.Wir haben nach einer Nacht ein größeres Zimmer angemietet (Loft) das dann wirklich in Ordnung war. Sehr freundliches Personal. Umgebung sehr schön. JLage absolut ruhig

Schön gelegenes kleines Hotel

Zukommendes und sehr nettes Personal. Schöne Apartments . Traum Lage und sehr ruhig. Ungewöhnlich dass der komplette Aufenthalt bei Buchung zu bezahlen ist. sehr kleinlich fanden wir dass die Küchenschränke abgeschlossen sind und und nur durch zuzahlen Geschirr nutzbar war! Aber alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.
