"Okay long story short.. I been going to Carrabelle for about 5 years now. Going at least 10 times out the year. Well I just took my gf and dog for a couple days there. Listen Carefully.. This was the WORST EXPERIENCE- I’ve ever had with this hotel because someone new is owning it. We left from GA around 4:00 arrived at 8:30 pm. "This was our first time staying in their condos. We have stayed in their villas and they were clean and we had no problem but this condo was a different story! Let’s start with the horrible rotten smell walking to the elevator. Got to the room and the condo was lacking cleanliness to say the least. No dish soap in kitchen. No trash bags. Garbage can was running over and no bag to replace it with. Only one extra roll of toilet for 3 bathrooms. The body wash and conditioner in the shower...

"Wonderful place to stay. Rooms are very cozy. Staff is wonderful!!!! I would recommend bringing a small TV and fire/roku stick just in case it rains throughout your stay and you can't make it out in town. Such a cute little gift shop in the hotel with the most wonderful robes and slippers. We will definitely be back."
