"The room smelled of mould, the pillows were extremely soft, the hallway carpets and accent pillows on the couch were so dirty. The rooms were otherwise clean and the staff were kind. The shades were almost black out but they used some sort of sheer curtain instead of a real black out curtain so it woke our kid up super early. The breakfast was a nightmare on the second morning. There was a miscommunication where the staff at the reception told us upon our arrival that we could do a late checkout at no cost (up to noon) then the next person in the morning said late checkout wasn’t available on weekends."
