"Staff was welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Really pleased with the customer service. Rooms were clean, quiet, and beds were comfortable.
I would like to see USB plugs or wireless charging in the rooms. Without a wall charger there was no way to charge my phone. Front desk lent me their own personal charging cube. Super nice! "
"The rooms were clean the beds were comfortable that was always coffee and the guest area the only bad thing is they didn't have their chemicals balanced in their pool gave a very strong odor of so the pH wasn't right or something but anyway other than that that was the best hotel we stayed at on our trip"
"For our little Mtn Bike Crew, out here riding Trestle Bike Park. We love the bedroom setup.. 3 Adults and a 10yr old.. everyone can have their own bed.. the lobby and outside area are very chill not to mention amenities like the Gym and AWESOME Hott Tub .. this was our 3rd year and we look forward to visiting again someday soon"

"The prices are so ridiculous for the annual jazz festival, because of the convenience, but there’s no where in Winter Park that is worth $510 for two nights!! "
"The staff was overly hospitable, kind, generous, and friendly. They let us stay an hour longer and charged our iPhone when we lost our cord. The Casino is spotless and huge, with free coffee day and night. The room was beautiful as well. "
"Its was a great place to sleep for a night or too. Lots of things to do in the area. Quite and peaceful. The amenities make it a great value. I would stay there again and will recommend to friends and family. "
"My stay in this historic hotel was perfect. Being in this historic hotel and town with all the stories made the stay even better. The owner/proprietor made me feel at home. We had great homemade cookies, muffins, and breakfast burritos. Her knowledge of the hotel history and who had stayed there in the past was incredible. Such as Edison and Tesla as past guests. I plan to stay again whenever I’m in the area. Next time will be a longer stay. Thank you for a wonderful experience."
