"It was so easy to relax and enjoy everything there. The staff were all friendly. It was amazed every time we were walking around there was always somebody sweeping or cleaning up picking up trash. They were always very friendly and willing to help over the time we had a question."

"The view is great, the property seems a little old for a 5 star resort. I got the butler suite and sometimes they were unresponsive which defeated the purpose. Lastly I don’t understand how I was paying over 1k a night and I can’t watch Netflix or YouTube in my TV in 2026. It just blows my mind. This is 3.8 star at best and not a 5 star resort."

"The hotel is nice but the beaches are terrible right now with sargassum. They were basically shuttling you to other beaches it’s so back and it stinks. Also the hotel is a little far away from everything."

"This is a spectacular spot right on the beach, beach chairs /umbrellas/and beach towels all provided. The super clean rooms are tidied daily by excellent staff and super warm welcoming owners. The location is fantastic location close to restaurants. We had the deluxe garden room for the three of us and 4 would be comfortable. The parking is super tricky because the spots are tight but if you want to relax and just enjoy don't get a rental car, because this spot is so close to the airport. The...
