"Alicia’s Inn is located at a very convenient location. Easy access to everything. Stores, shops, restaurants are all available in walking distance. Every one is friendly and welcoming and always asking if they can do anything for you. Room are nice and clean with great air conditioning which is a must. I will definitely recommend and return for my next visit."

"I have to start by saying the beach is beautiful. The location is great not far from the boardwalk / phillipsburg or Simpson bay. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Taxi rides aren’t that bad, $20 to get you to most places. $40 on the high end the farther you go. Great vibes. Only negative I would say is the rooms are a little on the shabby side but take in mind they did get hit hard by the hurricanes and are still fixing stuff to get back to pristine. But overall great trip....

Property appears to be in need of renovation and updated maintenance. Stairs difficult without a working elevator. No ability to lock the sliding doors to ground level balcony. AC less than adequate - never got room temperature below 80*"
"They need to improve the bed comfort and repair the elevator. This the only thing, all other was so great!! Many bar's and restaurants walking distance. The beach is just in front, a few steps from the property. The staff was so great!!"
"Located right on the beach, clean, easily can walk to food options. A mini mart is 100 yards down Roberts Rd. Can walk to main road with lots of food options: recommend Dannisa, Pizza and Co, McDonalds. Many other options also around at all price ranges.
Hotel owners have pets - small dogs, 2 cats, and several rescue tortoises. All friendly.
The area is truly beautiful. The water is clear. You can snorkel, swim, or just chill out. Several other places to stay are also nearby so kids can...

"The property location is excellent.. it's within walking distance to a majority of the areas night time hot spots, which is very convenient because parking is so hard to find if you are going to Nowhere Special, Lotus nightclub, or Captain Rib Shack to name a few in the vicinity. On-site parking is free. My studio suite was a great size. King bed was large enough to roll around twice without falling off. I had no ambitions of using the rooftop jacuzzi at first, but things change, caught myself...
