"We have been to St Martin 5 times, this being our first stay at Oyster Bay resort. We loved the property and its proximity to Orient Beach and Grand Case. The layout of the resort is great, with a beautiful infinity pool as well as access to the beach. Unfortunately, there was significant sargassum in the water and on the beach which is unusual for this time of year. We did rent a car so were able to visit and enjoy beaches that were not affected. "The art displayed through out the hotel is amazing. It is well maintained and there is a nice pool in site. I did not venture the entire hotel to see the rest, but it was well cared for. Staff is super friendly. Any issues you have gets resolved expeditiously. "

"Before our arrival, Julie messaged and offered to get us a taxi. We didn't need one, but lovely thought! Upon arrival, there was zero check-in process - just immediately greeted by Julie and straight to the room. "We had a wonderful stay at this Villa Resort. The room was clean, with daily housekeeping. The Villa we stayed in was fairly new and didn’t have many kitchen amenities, such as frying pan or pots. The grounds are well kept and the beach is amazing, EXCEPT one of the beach staff were rude. My suggestion to the resort is to ASSIGN chairs for the week, to each villa. This way, you don’t go to the beach and he tells you “ sorry I’m full” at 11:00am. We could clearly see empty chairs but he was...

"We were met right as our taxi arrived by staff to let us into our room and to review all the amenities. She even arranged our taxi for the next day for us! The location is right on the bay, and it was very relaxing to sit on the beach and listen to the surf. We walked to town for dinner and sat on the water there. Overall it was perfect for a one night stay on our way to Statia! "
