The location is perfect. Walking distance to Mont Saint-Michel and in front of the shuttle station (in case you don't want to walk).

Breakfast is good, with proper baguette, croissants and pains au chocolat from a bakery, not the frozen stuff. Apart from that, soundproofing is poor in the room, no air conditioning meant I had to keep the window open and so had to hear every conversation from the terrace just next to my room until late (hotel is built as an atrium, so any noise echoes twice as loud). Carpet hadn't been vacuumed properly (clothes' tags still on the floor), room looked tired and not as clean as expected.

We’ve got a room next to exit door, it makes our stay unpleasant due to bad soundproofing. We’ve heard every door closing etc. Room was with very low ceiling, if you make shower in bath you almost touch ceiling. And some hair in bathroom did this place really not to recommend

It was A very difficult stay due to very hot weather, no air con, no fans in room. Also A lot of noise coming from guests until 11.30pm on the outside terrace.

Le cadre des chambres ne vaut pas un 3 étoiles, juste un 2 étoiles : la décoration est restée dans son jus des années 80, c est un peu lugubre. Envisagez une décoration plus moderne. Ce n est pas forcément cher et cela donnera un plus joli cachet à vos chambres. Le petit déjeuner n est pas de bonne qualité et la vaisselle est moche. Là aussi ce n est pas forcément très onéreux d acheter une vaisselle plus jolie et moderne.

Je suis arrivée à 21:12 au gîte. La propriétaire n’était pas présente. J’ai une beaucoup de difficultés à sortir de Paris à 16:15, qui a pris 2 heures. Ensuite la batterie du cellulaire était presque à plat, je suis arrêté dans un hôtel pour la charge et manger un peu. J’avais un forfait qui ne permettait pas de recevoir des appels, et je croyais que la propriétaire serait chez elle vers 21 h quelque. Après un trajet de plus de deux heures, je me suis retrouvée la porte barrée et je du DORMIR da s ma VOITURE à 4 DEGRÉS!!!!!! C’est un acceptable !!!!! Je suis retournée le lendemain, elle ne s’est pas excusé et m’a accusé de n’avoir pas averti que j’arriverais tard… j’arrive du Canada, et nous, on demeure disponible jusqu’à passé 9 h!!! Elle a été très bête et m’accusé d’irresponsable, j’arrive dans un pays civilisé et c’est comme cela qu’on traite les.clients. Elle n’a pas voulu m’accommoderais pour m’avoir laissé dehors sans hébergement… j’ai vécu une situation affreuse.

Impossible de dormir avant 4h00 du matin car il y avait une fête dans l'hôtel. Nous n'avons pas été prévenus de ce genre d'inconvénient lorsque nous sommes venus chercher les clefs, la réservation à été faite en ligne.Aucun intérêt de louer une chambre si nous ne pouvons pas dormir. C'est totalement irrespectueux.
