"We waited 15 minutes to check in while the front desk clerk was outside taking a break. Our questions about the WiFi were met with rudeness rather than an attempt to help. The gate code was illegibly written so it took us ten minutes to decipher and get through the gate. Five minutes before check-out time someone banged on the door like the building was on fire. "really convenient location after a 6+ hours ferry ride. can't fault it. the secluded parking was well worth the 5-6 euros, my bike was safe, so close to the port."

"No air conditioning. Convenient location across from Caen station, but lots of loitering and noise. No staff on site after 11pm, which really makes you wonder about safety and support. Not ideal if you’re looking for a comfortable or reassuring stay."
