"Bonjour, de par son emplacement, ses prestations et son cachet, l'Alamanda est le meilleur rapport qualité prix de l'île. Tout simplement. Pas le plus calme en revanche, de par son emplacement, mais séjourner au cœur de l'hermitage, dans un lieu si beau et bien entretenu (la piscine est impeccable) que celui ci pour 100€, est une très bonne affaire. "This hotel is cozy and makes you feel like you are home. As a solo traveller I really enjoyed the feeling this hotel gives you. It is in a great location, quiet to sleep, lovely pool, good breakfast, clean room and very friendly staff. Just up the road is a grocery store and other restaurants are close by. I am English so I found all the French signs rather confusing. I didn’t understand the menu but that is maybe more my fault as this is in a French country. Only one English Channel on the TV. The room was on the small side but I wasn’t in it much and you want to sit in the common areas as they are so inviting. I couldn’t open my large suitcase on the floor but as I was on my own I made it work. I was able to borrow a kettle as the room didn’t have one. No fridge in the room. Bed was very comfortable. I would certainly stay here again and I really loved my entire experience of this hotel."
