Notre unique passage au TAMA

Parking bien trop petit Personnel d’accueil bien peu aimable. Ascenseur zéro Clef de porte manuelle, la carte ne fonctionne pas. Wifi inexistant. Sol sale à l’arrivée. La déco n’en parlons pas, les serviettes de plage d’un autre siècle mais vous remplirez tout de même une petite feuille pour en disposer …. Bien dommage car un minimum d’investissement en ferait un bel hôtel doté d’une superbe piscine et dans un environnement très calme. C’était la première, ce sera la dernière.

les appartements sont bien équipés, avec terrasse agreable, calme et une piscine pour la détente le personnel est efficace et d une bonne humeur commucative

Personnel agréable, on a eu un super temps, hôtel un peu retiré mais avec un carrefour à market à proximité, piscine agréable malgré le planning dû au coronavirus, chambre propre et spacieuse avec une kitchenette sur la terrasse, lit à ressort devrait être changé(et sera fait apparemment l'année prochaine). Bon séjour agréable

Propreté ,confort ,grand lit ,accueil Studio situé au dessus du garage et parking,voiture allumé en permanence le matin et en soirée. Coin repas exposé au bruit et au gaz d'échappement et à la vue de tout les clients entrants et sortants de l'hôtel.

bon accueil, mais rien n'est possible avant 14h pour l'arrivée, et c'est un peu tard ; problème : la réception est fermée de 19h30 à 07h du matin : problème quand on arrive tard ou quand on veut partie tôt nous avons demandé des glaçons pour avoir des boissons fraiches, réponse négative …. dommage pour un hôtel 3 étoiles !!!!! la chambre était très bien, propre et grande, mais le balcon donnait directement sur le parking et l'entrée …. un peu génant

Bel hôtel

voyage d'affaires à la Réunion, première fois dans cet hôtel il est dans les hauteurs de Saint Gilles dans un endroit calme mais entouré de bureau, il n'y a rien autour et si vous voulez aller au centre ville il faut un véhicule ou l'hôtel peut prêter des vélos électriques car ça monte pas mal si vous revenez du centre ville. Le personnel est très sympathique. Le studio est bien, pas de problème d'insonorisation en revanche si vos voisins décident de veiller tard sur la terrasse cela se complique... Pour ma part sur une de mes 3 nuits j'ai été embêté par des voisins bruyants qui ont réalisé une soirée sur leur terrasse (un studio de 2 personnes mais au moins 8 personnes sur leur terrasse), comme la réception est fermée à partir de 19H30 je n'ai pu faire intervenir personne... Le lendemain je me suis plainte à la réception et elles ont promis de rappeler les règles à mes voisins, la nuit suivante je n'ai pas eu d'autres problèmes. La kitchenette sur la terrasse est bien équipée. Globalement mon avis est positif malgré les voisins bruyants le temps d'une soirée. Mais pour moi c'est un hôtel qui convient mieux à des vacanciers. Point positif également à signaler wifi gratuit et performant.

Bon séjour mais des choses à revoir

Points positifs : bel hôtel et chambre sympa avec la kitchenette, propre. Super piscine avec jet massant. Calme Points négatifs : literie très mauvaise , on sentait tous les ressorts et ça grinçait ( signaler à la réception ) problème de climatisation qui allumé faisait le bruit d’un écoulement d’évacuation d’eau ( signalé dès le début, un technicien serait passé mais ça n’a rien changé le bruit était là ) parking trop petit L’hôtel est sympa et le personnel est serviable donc j’y retournerais sans doute mais pas dans la même chambre et en supposant que la literie est meilleure dans les studio preniums)
