"A great inexpensive stay with fantastic food"

"One of the best hotels I have stayed at. In beautiful surroundings with a rustic charm but with fantastic modern rooms. The staff were amazing, couldn't do enough for you and were bilingual, which was a big help for me. Effortlessly conversing in English and German. The bed was comfy, the shower amazing and the TV a nice big size. The restaurant was fabulous and every meal I had there was delicious. I loved the outside areas too, either cooling off in the pool, reading a book in the tranquil...

Sad that we only could stay one night over Easter as we were a family travelling by car further south. Place definitely worth coming back. Decent space on the property ground to park your car. Beautiful garden with pond with fish in it. "

"A long-established entity with what looks like a basic clientele of spa-using individuals on the older end of the spectrum. We didn’t have an opportunity to ‘take the waters’ but the outdoor pool (32c) looked inviting. Room was small but lovely views. Breakfast looked as though it had been ‘organised’ by anarchists - completely chaotic and vastly overpriced"
