"The rooms were clean and comfortable, the linens clean, bathroom had excellent water pressure. Very disappointed with the breakfast options. We stayed here previously and they had a full breakfast menu in their restaurant, and the food as excellent. This stay we discovered they no longer have a breakfast menu, replacing it with a free continental breakfast. The options were very disappointing, quiche and sausage were the only heartier choices, no pancakes or waffles type dishes. Quality was decent but on par with highway exit hotels. Would not recommend this for breakfast anymore"

"Found hair in the shower, which was totally gross and not sanitary at all. To make matters worse, there wasn't even a complimentary breakfast, which is a bummer. The staff seemed pretty checked out, I even saw one of them sleeping! Definitely not the experience I was hoping for."

"Arrival was so smooth. The man at the front desk was so friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and so was the premises. No problems during our stay. Breakfast was decent and check out was a breeze. Staff seemed very happy and willing to help. "

"The room I got was okay before inspection. I got a king bed for the night and underneath the desk were three little chocolate-like, maybe even “Milk Duds” candy droplets along the floor. In the bathroom, the bottom of the shower curtain was stained with mold and it had this old-aged smell rather than a “clean” smell. There was some accumulation of dust within the room too, which just makes it seem like it was never touched at all. When me and my partner went to the desk to discuss these issues, they were very caring and upgraded us to a different room to move into. In this room there was a jacuzzi but due to the season, those amenities wouldn’t be utilized. However, the cracks in the jacuzzi and off the side of it to the floor were several carcasses of dead bugs. While I know they’re not living, it also gives this vibe that the hotel isn’t that well looked after or understaffed. With this too, the bathroom still had that “old age” moldy like smell. We also put the privacy thing on the outside of our door that says “do not disturb” and around 09:00 in the morning and again at 10:00, there was a knocking at our door asking us if we were “checking out.” Overall, just not a great experience. "

"There needs to be a washer and dryer. The pool wasn’t working. Most families look forward to that. I guess for a Hilton I expect more. "
