"The location is very convenient and close to our favorite places to visit in St. Joseph. The room we stayed in was dated, but worked for our needs. Front desk staff were very kind. Restaurant staff were not very helpful during the included breakfast and most of the food was not restocked. If you book during busy dates, it's probably best to plan to eat breakfast at one of the many cafe's or restaurants in town rather than at the hotel."

"Beautiful room with great attention to historic details. Loved the gold fixtures... it was a nice touch. Spotless room and all amenities. Late night cookies and snacks were a great surprise. The Directors room was private and quiet. Please check the outlets in the room, the plugs needed to be "wiggled" to work. The water hotpot was super cute, but we couldn't get the outlet to keep it on. Thank you for the stay. You've created a wonderful atmosphere and beautiful space."
