"The room was great, it was large and clean. The pool deck floor however was disgusting. I saw fake eye lashes, clumps of hair, hair elastics- all over. The pool deck was in the same condition overnight and into the next day. The team were good at breakfast, seemed to need more help though- only 1 ..."
