Comfortable stay

Newly refurbished clean comfortable hotel - no frills but has all essentials. Service is friendly and hotel has lots of eco friendly initiatives which was great to see!

Great hotel with all amenities

The hotel is relatively new and therefore the facilities are in great conditions. The decorations and furniture give the place a nice ambience. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Overall I enjoyed staying at Best Western in Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne.

Great location, great for cycling in the area, nice staff, bike storage, restaurant next to the hotel. Excellent for bike trips!

Very good value for money. Excellent staff. New hotel with modern facilities and open and inviting layout. Breakfast was fine and location suited me for cycling it is not walking distance to the centre of town.

Comfortable stay.

It looks like this hotel was built within the last two or three years, so it felt very fresh and new. The room had decent space and a bathtub/shower. Breakfast was underwhelming but adequate. The hotel is located on the outer edge of town, so it's not near the old town, with its buildings and cafes, but it was easy to drive, and you could even walk if you're willing to foot it 20-30 minutes in one direction.

Worst location imaginable

The hotel spa itself is fine but the location is just horrible and should be disclosed. It is set on the outskirts of the town on an industrial estate opposite a cement works and with a bottle bank behind. The room was fine. The restaurant was ok although they served the absolute worst tartiflette i have ever head in my 34 years of living in France. It was also rather expensive for what it was but the staff were charming. I would bot recommend it or ever stay there again.

Je laisse rarement des avis, mais je dois reconnaître que cet hôtel le mérite pleinement. Les chambres sont joliment décorées et très agréables à vivre. Le parking spacieux permet de laisser son véhicule l’esprit tranquille. Le petit déjeuner offre un choix varié, avec une belle mise en avant des produits de Savoie. Une excellente adresse, aussi bien pour une nuit que pour un séjour plus long.

J'aurais aimé trouver des coton pour me démaquiller, il n'y avait que 3 mouchoirs dans la boîte. Nous n'avons pas pu faire fonctionner la ventilation donc nous avons eu très chaud à 3 dans une petite chambre. Sinon l'établissement est flambant neuf donc rien à redire.
