"staff - we arrived at almost 2am from airport YQB, with our supper, yes very late - was giving a room already occupied, i tried to enter the room but i heard a noise inside the room, i went downstairs to tell the clerk that someone was in the room and the key was not working. i ask the gentlemen to just give me another room so we can have our supper which will be cold, and can go to bed, because their were a lot of room availlable, he decline and said he needed to see by himself if someone was...

"First room smelled like body odor, so we switched rooms. On the first night there was a low resonance vibration in the floor that we could feel in our beds. It stopped late that night and did not come back on the second night. Facility was ok; wall paper peeling at seams, bathroom sink was only a trickle but shower was good. Breakfast was ok for two days but wouldn’t go back for a third day. Good location and good facilities like food, gas and groceries around the hotel. Not bad for a 3 star...

"Breakfast not quite, maybe because there's a lot of guest, food got consumed so fast, so guest arr waiting for the refill. Parking we have no issues. It was a great stay plus the view of the St. Lawrence river. "

"The room was very clean and pet friendly. The staff were excellent. The breakfast was full of options for every traveler. The room was well equipped with everything we'd need. The room numbers were slightly confusing at times but otherwise the hotel was amazing and we will stay again!"

"Had an issue with first room given but was quickly resolved! Would have been nice to be aware of construction going on in area prior to booking, there was A LOT and it was noisy all night, ear plugs that were provided did help - did receive a message stating what was going on but we had already booked and it was non refundable. Very nice renovated hotel! We were just there for a quick overnight but the pool looked very well maintained"
