Il posto è stupendo, nel cuore della Camargue. Il proprietario è gentilissimo, e la stanza è veramente bella. È veramente un posto da paradiso L’unica cosa siamo un po’ rimasti perplessi quando a seguito di un allagamento in camera nostra, non imputabile a noi, ma comunque non potevamo più farci la doccia, il proprietario ha assolutamente asciugato però non ci ha dato soluzione alternativa. Poco male il giorno dopo siamo ripartiti e lui è stato così gentile da permetterci di stare in piscina tre ore in più Super consigliato

Le cadre est beau, le service ne suit pas

Lorsque nous sommes arrivés personne à la réception, nous tentons d appeler personne ne répond... on s’installe à la piscine en attendant. Le cadre est charmant , belle demeure perdue au milieu de la Camargue. Au bout d une heure et demi le propriétaire arrive et s excuse ( oubli du transfert d appel) ... ça peut arriver. La chambre est spacieuse et jolie, le ménage est correct il faut pas s arrêter aux détails ni toiles d araignées on est en campagne! Mais les choses se dégradent au petit déjeuner, personnel vraiment pas agréable et petit déjeuner nul: 1 croissant 2 morceaux de bain 1 carré de beurre et de la confiture par personne avec un café ou thé, on demande si c est possible d avoir des œufs : réponse sèche on fait pas d œufs ni de fruits ... c est vrai que c est dur à trouver .... dommage le cadre est joli et la demeure a du charme avec un meilleur service et le souci du détail ce serait magnifique.

Prachtige locatie zeer vriendelijke eigenaren

We waren met 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen (10,8)) en kwamen na eenheid van ruim 15uur aan op deze prachtige bestemming. We haden dit geboekt omdat ze kleinschalig, een zwembad en een restsurant hebben. Het restsurant bleek bij aankomst niet open te zijn. We gaven aan vreselijk trek te hebben en meteen sprong hij in actie. Zijn vrouw kookte een koninsmaal en we hebben gesmuld van allerlei verse locale producten. Kids in het zwembad en wij natafelen met meloen en we waren plots onze reis stres kwijt en kwamen helemaal bij. Terras rondom het zwembad, zwaluwnesten in de gevel, prachtige olijfbomen alles heel verzorgd. Ruime kamer, hier en daar wat stof maar vonden wij logisch met zo’n mooie hoge nok. Eigenaar heeft ons geholpen met onze vervolg route en is super gastvrij, zijn vrouw is een schat en een prinses in de keuken.

belle demeure, chambres quelconques.

Points positifs : piscine, jardin, petit déjeuner de bon niveau, aperitif offert. Points négatifs : mal indiqué, même à l’arrivée : pas clair au niveau du parking. Chambre limite glauque ( sombre, peintures et huisseries vêtustes, déco mauvais goût = peintures de femmes nues partout..., équipements manquants, impression de bricolage comme par exemple le branchement de la clim. Pas de wifi dans la chambre. Au global, rapport qualité prix correct pour 4, mais on est pas dans le haut de gamme, il faut juste le savoir.

Dommage, c'était un bel endroit auparavant

Nous nous réjouissions de passer quelques jours dans cette ex. Commanderie des Templiers, au coeur de la Camargue. Les photos sur le site était très belles. Dès l'arrivée, on sent qu'il y a du laisser-aller ; piscine et abords mal entretenus, pas de poignées de porte dans la chambre, vitres très sales ...Le petit déjeuner au bord de la piscine s’annonçait prometteur mais c'est finalement moins bien qu'un hôtel très économique et sans variante, même si l'on reste 5 jours. Le domaine de la Fosse a du être magnifique, mais ce n'est plus le cas malheureusement.

à deconseiller formellement !

Alors j'ai réserver un hotel à 19 km des Saintes maries de la mer , nous avons mis le GPS , mais comme il n'y aps pas de réseau très dur a trouver c dans une route perdue , en arrivant grosse surprise ce n'est pas un hotel mais un Bed and breakfeast , bon tanpis on est fatigués et en pleine saison donc on y va , la chambre un lit de camp pour ma fille de 9 ans complètement déglingué , le domaine est beau mais vetuste et loin de tout , la chambre sens très fort l'umidité des taches sombres recouvrent le jonc de mer au sol , nous sommes 3 , il y a 2 miniscules petits echantillons d egel douche comme je pensais etre dans un hotel je n'ai pas prévue de gel douche , j'ai dut reclamer d'autres echantillons donner au compte goutte lorsque nous trouvons le propriétaire , la chambre a des trous dans les murs , le petit déj est servie dehors alors quil y avait du vent on s'est geler , domaine laisser un peu à l'abandon , le deuxième jour nous arrivons en fin de journée après la plage et nous prenons donc moi une douche et ma fille un bain , 10 mn après la chambre est inondée avec de l'eau de partout , les wc bouchés ainsi que la douche , le propriétaire introuvable , bref après 20 mn d'attente il nous dit qu'il a appeller son plmobier d'un air desabrobateur comme si nous y etions pour quelquechose , et que il l'aura peut le lendemain donc en attendant il eponge avec des serviettes et essaie de nous faire comprendre que nous devons dormir là ce soir , bref la cata à 130euros la nuit!

le site et le cadre sont de qualité mais l'accueil laisse vraiment à désirer le gérant semblait préoccuper par autres chose(?) plus importante que la satisfaction de ses clients et la non propreté du lavabo et l'absence d'oreiller sont symptomatique d'un manque de suivi du personnel de ménage en espérant qu'il ne s'agit que d'un accident mais... le tarif demeure beaucoup top élevé au regard de la qualité des services attendus

TERRIBLE FIRST IMPRESSION FOR FRANCE

Absolutely terrible!!! This was our first impression for a "supposed" to be night stay in Southern France. We arrived at this hotel at 12pm hoping for an early check-in. Well the surprise was on us... it was vacant. I used my Rewards for a one night stay here and it was not even an available hotel. We gave it the benefit of the doubt and went back for a possible checkin at 4:30 in the evening, and still vacant. The pool was disgusting, the grounds unkept, it was just a disaster. Terrible experience and I would not give this hotel a chance. BTW, we called the number listed on the hotel and in Hotels.com and no answer... several times that day.

MOST UNHAPPY !!!!!!!!!!!!

We stayed at this hotel for one night. Very difficult to find, no signs. We arrived to overgrown grounds and a filthy swimming pool, with cracks around the outside. No sign to reception but we found it eventually and were shown to our room. Room 1 had a strong musty smell on entry and were taken upstairs to a large bedroom. The room was dirty. There was a pair of men's dirty pants on top of the bedside lamp! Coffee powder provided but no kettle. My wife went to reception for a kettle and was embarred to find the owner with a young assistant on his lap. This also happened on another occasion. Restaurant was closed as it was Sunday! Breakfast was served by the pool but due to the cleanliness of the whole area, we declined breakfast. This was more expensive than further hotels we stayed in on the same trip and would suggest that Hotels.com check hotels before advertising them. Very unhappy!!

Schöne Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage

Wer Ruhe mit schönem Ambiente sucht ist hier richtig Nächster Ort ist 6km weg. Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber.

Perfect!

Absolutely amazing and beautiful place to stay. Perfect breakfast in the courtyard surrounded by sounds of the Camargue! We stayed the night prior to taking a barge on the Sete canal from Saint-Gilles and wish we had arrived earlier to enjoy the location for another day. We did manage a run early in the morning and had the added benefit of the resident chocolate labrador joining the run which just made my week! The room was huge, exceptionally clean and the added bonus of a picturesque garden view with an old barn in the background.

Mysigt getaway

Spenderade en natt på Domaine de la Fosse. Perfekt för alla som vill komma bort från turismen och kommersen i Saintes Maries de la Mer. Tyvärr hade vi oturen att kliva rakt in i ett bröllopssällskap som var inne på andra dagen där. Men när de väl lämnat var hotellet paradiset självt och värdparet ett under av gästfrihet.
