To be fair we booked a room last minute based on price. The room was 4th floor in the eaves overlooking a busy bar. As a place to crash for a night it was okay, a week there might be a bit much. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, but there appeared to be no staff resident in the hotel overnight.

The highlights of this hotel were the friendly service and great location. All the members of staff were helpful and cheerful and it was a great place to stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The staff were so kind and accommodating to us. We speak no French and they worked with us and were very patient. They gave us wonderful advice on sightseeing and transportation. Breakfast was wonderful. We will be staying again

Cependant nous sommes étonnés car, vous ne vous êtes pas présentée à l'hôtel, lors de votre réservation.Vous n'avait donc pas pu évaluer nos services proposés. Si nous revenons à Saint-Gervais nous réserverons cet hôtel. Situation idéale, chambres propres (même si une petite rénovation serait appréciée:) , tous les équipements marchent parfaitement. Très propre partout. et l'accueil est très agréable, merci

Nice clean but basic room.
We just needed something simple and clean. The room was both of these, nice and hot radiators with stats to dry ski clothes, comfy beds and ok breakfast . All quite basic, but happy with what we got.

Excellent base for mountain activities!
Decor a little dated, but very clean, warm and comfortable with plenty of space in the room we had. We received a warm welcome and the staff were excellent. Good central location in the village and close to all amenities and the Bettex lift to the mountains. All in all, good value and would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

lovely little hotel near ski lifts
We were welcomed really warmly. There had been a mix up with our booking which the hotel staff sorted out with no fuss - that is a real test of a hotel and they dealt with it admirably. The furnishings are traditional savoyard style which give the rooms a comfy, rustic ambiance. The bed was really comfortable, the room warm with lovely bathroom and endless hot water. Lovely balconies with great views - either of the village and baroque church at the front, or the mountains at the back. Breakfast was good. The bar is open until 8pm then it's all quiet. There is a key code system to come and go as you please. The location is perfect - an easy walk to the ski lift, whilst also being in the centre of the village next to the tourist information office, two supermarkets, many shops, restaurants and tea rooms. There is a free shuttle bus to the ski lift and to other nearby ski resorts.

Patron de l'hôtel très accueillant, disponible et avec beaucoup d'attention pour ses clients. Possibilité d'aller à pied de l'hôtel aux différents restaurants.

super sejour
a 10 minutes a pied du telecabines, plein centre. super hotel. cependant nous n'avons vu aucun personnel dans l'hotel sur tout notre sejour. meme a la reception, desesperement vide avec seules les cles des chambres sur le comtoir.

Suggestion
Notre séjour s'est très bien passé, juste un petit bémol, ma femme a glissée dans la douche avec sa jambe gauche et s'est cognée le tibia droit contre l'angle de la bordure, heureusement rien de grave, seriez vous d'accord d'y apposer des bandes rugueuses à l'intérieur pour éviter toute glissade notamment quand on enjambe une à la fois et que le receveur est déjà mouillé auparavant ? Chambre N°9 au 3è étage.

Hotel simple mais joli et agreable.
L'hotel est bien place relativement au restaurants avoisinants, pas trop calme vu la route principale qui passe devant. Mais les prix sont raisonables, le personnel sympathique et l'hotel a du charme. Salle de bain exigue

Lovely hotel, in a fantastic location, in a beautiful town. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended
