Plan B - great stay !

Really great friendly staff -rooms small but ok - food was very good. Location quiet but good links to slopes with new cable car link to St Gervais. Couple of decent restaurants in La Fayet but have to go to St Gervais for better choice. Think this little town will grow with new links etc.

Great staff at Plan B

Quad room great for families. Staff lovely and helpful. Good location to get the lifts up to Bettex and Saint Gervais town, which is very pretty. Only things I would change, offer more or larger pillows and replenish breakfast items. We often ate at 9 and things were running out.

The hotel is easy to find and has an option for paid parking. The staff at the front desk was very friendly as was able to communicate in English. We stayed in the family room on the top floor with our three boys (ages 16, 13, 9) and they loved the bedroom nooks and the Pac-Man machine. The room was very clean. We were there on a very hot night in July though, and the room was very warm - it could use some fans during the hottest days. We enjoyed getting a drink at the bar and sitting in the small garden area outside. There’s a nice reception area in the lobby for drinks or playing games. The whole hotel was decorated really fun and was modern with a youthful energy. I would stay again.

Clean, convenient from train station, and had a bonus fun activity within the hotel —bowling! Staff wasn’t overly helpful or friendly, but it was fine. We would stay here again.

Pretty design, clean, top notch hospitality. Very close to train station. There is a pharmacy right next to the establishment. Restaurants in the surrounding area are practically non existent in the evening.

Hôtel sympathique pour y séjourner un week-end. La chambre paraissait plus petite et plus « vieillotte » que ce qui est présenté sur les photos mais ça reste très correcte. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié. Le personnel est sympathique et accueillant. Facile de se garer à l’extérieur gratuitement.

J’ai réservé le dortoir sans faire attention. Pas d’autres voyageurs dans le dortoir, mais j’aurai préféré qu’on m’en informe. La porte ne verrouille pas à clé, au cas où d’autres voyageurs arrivent. C’est un sentiment étrange. Et le seul lit qu’on m’a attribué, la veilleuse était cassée. Si j’avais su qu’il n’y aurait pas d’autres voyageurs, j’aurai changé de lit Une expérience mitigée par manque de communication de la part de l’équipe
